By using Manashū, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Manashū is a Japanese vocabulary learning website and app. It includes dictionary-style entries, collections, review tools, quizzes, conjugation references, mnemonics, and related learning materials.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Manashū, including by:
- breaking applicable law or infringing someone else's rights
- attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without permission
- interfering with service availability or security
- scraping, copying, or redistributing content at scale without permission
- using the service to transmit harmful code or abusive material
Learning content
Manashū is educational software, not a certification authority or professional translation service. Dictionary entries, mnemonics, examples, generated content, and explanations may contain mistakes or simplifications. You should verify important language use with a qualified source.
Intellectual property
The Manashū name, brand, interface, original explanations, software, and curated learning materials are owned by Manashū or its licensors. You may use the service for personal learning, but you may not copy, resell, or republish substantial parts of it without permission.
Beta status
Manashū is evolving. Features may change, break, move, or be removed. During prototype and beta periods, saved learning state and generated materials may be reset or revised as the product improves.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manashū will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
