Manashū operates the manashu.com website and learning app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Usage and analytics information. We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the product is used. Analytics data can include page URLs, browser and device details, approximate location, cookies or similar identifiers, and interaction events.

Technical logs. Our hosting and delivery providers may process IP address, request time, browser type, referring page, and similar log data for security, diagnostics, and service operation.

Account and learning information. If you create an account or use saved learning features, we may collect your email address, display name, saved words, collections, quiz results, review history, confidence ratings, and related learning preferences.

We use information to operate Manashū, maintain security, understand product quality, improve learning flows, preserve saved progress, and communicate service-related notices. We do not sell personal information.

Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure site activity. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and Google provides browser tools for opting out of Analytics measurement.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and app, such as hosting, analytics, database, email, and security providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Account and learning data can be deleted when account deletion is supported or requested.

Manashū is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
